Mid-Town Ford is looking to hire a full-time Merchandising Specialist.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

-Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Managers to make sure the dealerships inventory is merchandised properly, including multiple photos, descriptions, and video walk-arounds.
-Monitor inventory merchandising health levels and capture inventory photos, videos and descriptions to ensure they meet the quality standard of the dealership.
-Ensure high-quality content is created to provide a consistently high-quality online customer experience.
-Execute processes to make the merchandising process as efficient as possible.
-Report daily production to the Marketing Manager to ensure quality, consistency and productivity goals are met.
-Undertake individual tasks, as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

-Basic photography and videography skills.
-Some basic automotive knowledge preferred but not required.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
-Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.
-Ability to employ problem-solving skills and analysis, and report problems as necessary.
-Authorized to work in Canada and possess a valid drivers license.
