Even in the times of Covid-19 it was a good experience throughout. The salesman trusted us to take the vehicle on our own for the test drive, there was no sales pressure to buy and he worked with us to get it for a price we were prepared to pay. The finance director was very helpful in finding the right extended warranty plan for our used vehicle as well. We would highly recommend Scott and Jeff to our family and friends.

The work was done on time and the service is friendly. Our service consultant, Kevin, has come to know us and our vehicle which makes doing business more pleasant. It is a good system when you have the same consultant assigned from visit to visit. The renovations to the dealership look to be almost complete. The service area is pretty much finished. Looks good.

I deal almost exclusively with Kevin Dowd, one of the service reps at Midtown Ford. I've dealt with Kevin for over 7 years now and have never been disappointed with his service, advice and knowledge concerning my vehicle. His candor in giving me the entire story of what may or may not be the problem with my car whenever I bring it in for service is very much appreciated by me. Good job Kevin
