Mid-Town in the Community

This past year Mid-Town has been fortunate enough to be able to give away $100,000 to local charities.
Here are a few of the charities we have presented our donations to.

KidSport Winnipeg

KidSport Winnipeg gives kids the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports. $10,000.

Robb Nash Project

The Robb Nash Project engages young people through the power of music and storytelling to inspire hope and encourage positive life choices. $12,500.

Manitoba Mutts

Manitoba Mutts take in dogs and cats who have been abandoned, abused, or surrendered. They solely rely on volunteers and the community as they do not have a facility. $7,000.

Sunshine House

Sunshine House is a community drop-in resource center focusing on harm reduction, population health promotion, and social inclusion. Creating a place where people can grow. $5,000.


Resource Assistance for the Youth provides youth with the tools they need to better their lives. $13,500.

Winnipeg Pet Rescue

Winnipeg Pet Rescue was Manitoba's first registered charity no-kill animal shelter $6,000.

158 Fisher Air Cadets

158 Fisher Air Cadets are a non-profit community based and volunteer led organization dedicated to supporting the objective of the Royal Canadian Air Cadet Program. $7,000.

Winnipeg Harvest

Winnipeg Harvest is a non-profit community based organization committed to providing food to people who struggle to feed themselves and their families. Along with the donation, some of the Mid-Town staff took time out of their evening to help pack potatoes. Our donation will provide 3 pallets of baby formula! $16,000.

Siloam Mission

Siloam Mission is an organization that alleviates hardships and provides opportunities for change for those affected my homelessness. Our donation will provide meals to the homeless for a month! Mid-Town staff spent one evening serving meals. 451 meals served in 90 minutes! $13,000.
