Well-Being at Mid-Town Ford

Situated at 100-1717 Waverley Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Mid-Town Ford is not just a car dealership; it's a cornerstone of the community, dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of Winnipeg residents.

At Mid-Town Ford, we believe in weaving the spirit of community service into the very fabric of our operations. Over the years, we have been involved in numerous initiatives that reflect our unwavering dedication to the Well-Being of our community. One such significant partnership is with Well-Being Canada, a collaboration that amplifies our efforts and allows us to contribute to the broader goals of enhancing the overall quality of life for communities across Canada.

Our commitment to community service extends beyond the confines of our dealership, reaching out to organizations that address diverse needs in Winnipeg. Mid-Town Ford is proud to have supported the Robb Nash Project, contributing to the project's mission of promoting mental health and resilience among youth. Our involvement with the Bruce Oake Memorial, Sunshine House, Manitoba Mutts, Rady Centre, DASCH Foundation, Siloam Mission, Bear Clan Patrol, Fort Garry Rotary, Penny's Animal Rescue, and Willow Place Inc. reflects our dedication to various aspects of community Well-Being.

Not only have we contributed over 1.5 million dollars in funds to these vital initiatives, but our team at Mid-Town Ford has also dedicated hundreds of hours volunteering. Our commitment goes beyond financial support; it is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground approach to making a positive and lasting impact on the causes we hold dear.

The synergy between Mid-Town Ford and Well-Being Canada underscores our holistic approach to community involvement. By aligning ourselves with this broader initiative, we aim to continue our legacy of collaboration, compassion, and genuine concern for the Well-Being of Winnipeg residents. Whether through supporting the Fort Garry Rotary's community projects, volunteering with the Bear Clan Patrol to enhance community safety, or contributing to the DASCH Foundation's mission to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities, Mid-Town Ford is steadfast in our commitment to driving positive change.

As we navigate this journey under the Well-Being Canada umbrella, Mid-Town Ford looks forward to continuing our tradition of community support, ensuring Winnipeg remains a thriving and vibrant place for everyone.

A focus on promotion and prevention

Starting with Canada’s youth, Well-being Canada is helping to build a healthier future generation. Our K-12 program empowers students with the essential skills and tools they need to build resilience, foster self-care habits and translate knowledge into impactful action. As we incorporate social-emotional learning and mental health literacy into the core curriculum nationwide, we break down stigma and equip our youth with formidable competencies, championing their lifelong well-being.

And watch for new resources for the family and workplace in 2024!
